Celebrating 40 Years in Mt. Rainier National Park

Yep, I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1983 and started by day hiking in the park. I did my first Wonderland Trail hike in 1987. I started skiing the park in 2014 after acquiring my first backcountry ski gear. And I started working on the Mountaineers 100 Peaks in MRNP over 10 years ago. Mt. Rainier has been my playground for 40 years now, and I never tire of exploring it. So many memories, and I hope there are many more. In celebration of 40 years exploring I present this compilation of biking, skiing, scrambling and hiking, all within the confines of our fabulous Mt. Rainier National Park.
